Eavesdropping is Legal?

It was revealed Wednesday and Thurdsay Night on MSNBC's Countdown with Keith Olbermann on at 8PM Eastern/5 PM Pacific Time in an interview with Russell Tice, a former NSA intelligence analyst that the Bush Administration's NSA was responsible of illegal wire-tapping all communications by all Americans: Phone calls and E-Mail messages. Tice was afraid to admit the NSA doing so during the time Bush was still President. President Obama is opposed to prosecuting Bush and Company on these war crimes for he stated that there are more important things to be done, and that Bush isn't President anymore, so we need to move on.
